Atlanta City FC is hiring a Staff Accountant to join our Finance team. This onsite role will report to the Finance Director and support day-to-day accounting, month-end close, annual audits, NWSL reporting, treasury management, control implementations, and other projects.

This fully onsite position will be based at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, GA, through 2028, after which the role will relocate to our new training facility in Marietta, GA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• Public accounting or corporate accounting experience a plus.
• CPA candidate a plus.
• Experience with Great Plains, Concur, and Vena is considered a plus.

Responsabilités

• Assist with month-end close processes and journal entries.
• Maintain financial records and general ledger accounts.
• Assist in the preparation of account reconciliations.
• Manage check deposits and cash requests.
• Perform bank reconciliations.
• Track and reconcile capital expenditures.
• Prepare balance sheet and income statement variance analysis.
• Support annual audits and NWSL reporting requirements.
• Complete ad hoc analysis and other projects as assigned.
