Job summary

Everforth Apex seeks a Site Reliability Engineer to join our Chandler, AZ team onsite. You will improve reliability and lead incident management across the DevEx platform, working with engineering and operations to deliver stable services.

The ideal candidate has 5–7+ years in SRE/DevOps, strong scripting, CI/CD experience, and familiarity with AI tooling like Copilot Studio and Azure AI. This contract role offers challenging work and opportunities to shape platform resilience.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of SRE/DevOps or related experience.
• Experience with Java, .NET, and Python.
• Experience with incident management and post-incident reviews.
• Knowledge of infrastructure as code and automated testing.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar platforms.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/Ansible preferred).
• Experience with Linux and Windows Server administration.

Responsibilities

• Manage major incidents and post-incident reviews.
• Support end-users and resolve complex issues via incident processes.
• Identify toil and implement automation to improve reliability.
• Develop or integrate AI-driven solutions using Copilot Studio and Azure AI.
• Evaluate AI solutions for quality, latency, cost, and risk.
• Write automation scripts in Python/PowerShell/Bash/Groovy.
• Use Tableau or Power BI to communicate complex information.
• Lead service reviews and reliability initiatives.
