Job summary

SKAN US, Inc. in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Spare Parts Technical Specialist to work onsite at our Raleigh facility. You will handle quotations, dispatch parts, and engage with customers to enhance satisfaction and identify sales opportunities.

The role reports to the Inside Service Operations Manager and offers an excellent base salary with potential annual bonus, plus robust benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability, 401K with match, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• First experience in dealing directly with customers.
• Experience with SAP material management and sales transactions.
• Interested in technical problems and solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations for spare parts based on customer requests.
• Prioritize and dispatch spare parts orders.
• Proactively contact customers to improve satisfaction and identify sales opportunities.
• Identify stock materials and set safety stock levels.
• Promote contracts for spare parts packages.
• Regularly check spare parts availability and coordinate with other departments.
