• Collaborates with architects, engineers, and internal stakeholders to align designs with business requirements.
• Ensures documentation, tracking, and reporting of all planning milestones.
• Identifies opportunities to improve planning accuracy and execution efficiency.
• Manages vendor relationships and contract negotiations related to space design and implementation.
• Implements project management best practices and ensures compliance with standards and safety regulations.
• Provides guidance and mentorship to team members to foster high performance.
