Responsibilities

• Schedule crew assignments and rotation for Hotel Specialty.
• Support par level planning and related procedures.
• Design optimized fleet solutions for Hotel Specialty cost center.
• Communicate with operations, leadership, and crew about scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with SQM, flag/state law, bargaining agreements, and policies.
• Maintain complete employee data in HR system for assigned departments.
• Perform related duties as required.
