Kyocera International, Inc. in San Diego, CA is hiring an Internal Auditor to support production and ensure high-quality output in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

This onsite role will participate in the internal audit function and strengthen the SOX program for domestic and international operations. The successful candidate will perform audit programs, prepare work papers, conduct data analytics, and draft reports, with travel about 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent).
• Minimum 2 years of internal and/or external audit experience.
• Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley and related regulatory requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Plan and perform audit programs, including SOX engagements.
• Prepare work papers, document findings, and draft reports.
• Conduct data analytics and assess internal controls over financial reporting.
• Support the Audit Manager and travel about 10%.
