Job summary

Cypress Creek Renewables, based remotely on site in Valera, Texas, seeks an onsite operations representative to lead field technicians and manage day-to-day maintenance to ensure safety, reliability, and uptime across solar PV sites. You will collaborate with CCR EPC management to safely bring sites to substantial completion and optimize performance.

The role requires 3+ years of PV maintenance leadership, experience with SCADA/DAS/UPS, NFPA 70E/OSHA 30, and strong communication, organization,

Qualifications

• Experience managing a diverse team.
• 3+ years of hands-on utility-scale PV maintenance experience.
• Experience with SCADA, DAS and UPS systems.
• Proficient with testing equipment (Thermographic inspection, IV curve tracing, megger, GFED).
• Knowledge of NEC and standard design/construction practices.
• Ability to read single-line and three-phase diagrams.
• Proficient with MS Office.
• Valid driver’s license and OSHA 30 HR training.
• NFPA 70E Electrical Safety knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with EPC management and other CCR personnel to safely bring new site to substantial completion.
• Manage daily operations of solar PV and storage sites across the region to ensure uptime.
• Lead and develop field service technicians and contractors for maintenance tasks.
• Maintain safety, compliance, and operation documentation per regulatory standards.
• Oversee spare parts, site budgets, vendor coordination, and logistics.
• Contribute to the development and rollout of O&M best practices and training.
• Partner with operations team to maximize plant performance.
• Manage subcontractors and external vendors.
• Identify and address safety hazards and remove risks.
