Job summary

US Modules in College Station, TX, is seeking a hands-on Recruiter to support our Talent Acquisition team in high-volume hourly manufacturing recruitment and professional hiring.

You will partner with operations to meet staffing targets, source candidates through multiple channels, and ensure timely onboarding while maintaining strong candidate experiences in a fast-paced plant setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• High-volume hourly recruiting experience preferred.
• Manufacturing, industrial, or production recruiting experience a plus.
• Experience using an ATS/HRIS.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit for high-volume hourly production positions (Operators, Material Handlers, Warehouse, Quality).
• Coordinate interviews and extend offers with HR and hiring managers.
• Partner with Operations and Production to understand staffing needs.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, events, and staffing partners.
• Maintain candidate records in ATS/HRIS and ensure documentation is complete.
