Sunny Sky Products in Houston, TX is seeking a High-Volume Recruiter to support recruiting across manufacturing facilities. You will manage multiple open positions with a focus on production, warehouse, maintenance, and related roles.

You will source candidates via Indeed, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social media, conduct phone screens, coordinate interviews, partner with hiring managers, build pipelines, coordinate offers, and ensure a positive candidate experience in a fast-paced

Formación

• 3+ years of recruiting experience in manufacturing or related environments.
• Experience recruiting hourly and/or production employees.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate engagement skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a high volume of open requisitions across multiple facilities.
• Source and recruit qualified candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social media, and other channels.
• Conduct phone screens and initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, priorities, and candidate requirements.
• Build and maintain active talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Coordinate offers and monitor candidates through background checks, drug screens, and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate recruiting records, applicant tracking systems, and recruiting reports.
• Support hiring events, job fairs, open houses, and other recruiting initiatives.
• Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
