Job summary

Sunny Sky in Houston is seeking a High-Volume Recruiter to support our manufacturing facilities. The role handles multiple requisitions with emphasis on production, warehouse, maintenance, and other industrial roles.

You will source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, job boards, social channels, conduct phone screens, coordinate interviews, and partner with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs. A proactive, organized, and candidate-focused approach is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing, food & beverage, distribution, warehouse, or industrial environments.
• Experience recruiting hourly and/or production employees.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate engagement skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of open requisitions across multiple facilities.
• Source and recruit qualified candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social media, and other channels.
• Conduct phone screens and initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, priorities, and candidate requirements.
• Build and maintain active talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Coordinate offers and monitor candidates through background checks, drug screens, and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate recruiting records, applicant tracking systems, and recruiting reports.
• Support hiring events, job fairs, open houses, and other recruiting initiatives.
• Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
