Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company LLC seeks a Logistics Coordinator for Solar projects, based on a construction site in Texas for a 1-year contract. You will manage owner-supplied materials, ensure safety, and oversee delivery processes with EPCs and vendors.

You will report to Construction Manager Solar, perform daily/weekly reporting, and support schedule adherence while maintaining quality control and clear communications across partners.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant work experience.
• 2+ years knowledge of Unifier or other Reporting Systems.
• Experience as a Team Lead, managing teams up to 5 people.

Responsibilities

• Record all Module, Inverter, and Battery deliveries and upload into Unifier and Daily Tracker daily.
• Collect Bill of Lading from drivers, sign, date, and upload into Unifier daily.
• Prepare Logistics Coordinator Weekly Reports and identify delivery schedule changes due to weather or delays.
• Maintain site safety standards and ensure PPE compliance.
• Coordinate with ISC, EPC, Site Team, PM and RM for smooth operations.
