Job summary

Westinghouse's WECTEC Staffing Services seeks a Construction Manager-Level 4 for a 1-year assignment on a solar project site in Oklahoma. You will oversee on-site construction from Notice-to-Proceed to Commercial Operation Date, acting as the client’s representative with EPC contractors.

You will ensure safety, quality, schedule, and budget compliance, review contracts, coordinate with development, and lead site inspections and QA/QC processes. 5+ years of relevant experience is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of on-site construction management experience.
• Experience reviewing contracts and permits for compliance on-site.
• Ability to coordinate with EPC contractors and development teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site construction from Notice-to-Proceed to Commercial Operation Date.
• Represent the client with EPC contractors and ensure contract obligations are met.
• Monitor safety, quality, schedule, and budget performance on site.
• Review QA/QC reports and ensure proper documentation in Unifier.
• Coordinate with project management on forecasts and risk tracking.
• Support hand-off of project to Power Generation Group at COD.
