Job summary

Fortress Fencing, LLC is seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead day-to-day operations on a utility-scale solar project. You will oversee crews onsite, coordinate planning, and ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery while engaging with customers and reviewing construction documents.

The role requires strong communication, analytical thinking, and proficiency with MS Project, Primavera P6, and MS Office. Travel and extended hours may be needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of PM and/or construction supervisory experience in solar or related fields.
• CAPM or PMP certification preferred.
• Experience with scheduling software (MS Project, Primavera P6) and reading contracts/plans.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate safety as a core value and support the safety program.
• Assist site manager with developing project budget and forecasting.
• Supervise foremen and field crews to maintain schedule, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Review project documents and coordinate field installations; resolve issues.
• Ensure project records are accurate and maintained; assist with weekly progress meetings.
