Intuit Inc. is seeking highly motivated Tax Experts to join TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax preparation for individuals and business entities, act as the trusted advisor, and own client relationships in a busy retail environment. You will collaborate with bookkeeping specialists when needed and help grow TurboTax’s local client base through proactive outreach and community engagement.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of recent federal and state business tax return preparation (1065/1120-S) for multiple clients.
• 3+ seasons of personal tax preparation experience (≥30 returns/year) in a retail setting.
• Knowledge of bookkeeping and willingness to upskill towards QuickBooks ProAdvisor.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for consumer and business clients, including complex scenarios.
• Develop client relationships as the primary tax expert and owner of the client engagement.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping and payroll specialists to deliver seamless services.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and proactive tax planning guidance.
