Qualifications

• Valid SLPA license or certification in North Carolina.
• Previous experience working in school settings preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to document student progress and assist with therapy planning.
• Genuine passion for helping children and making learning accessible.

Responsibilities

• Support Speech-Language Pathologist in delivering group and individual therapy sessions.
• Implement treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs under the supervision of the SLP.
• Prepare materials and activities to enhance speech and language development.
• Record accurate documentation of student performance and progress.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to promote student success.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to ongoing assessments as appropriate.
