Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) on a contract basis to support elementary students at a single campus in Lakeside, CA. The role runs Tue, Thu, and Fri from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm, totaling 21 hours per week, with onboarding following HR posting periods in October.

In this school-based position, you will deliver direct speech-language services under the guidance of an SLP, help prepare therapy materials, and document student progress.

Qualifications

• Valid SLPA licensure is required.
• Experience in school settings, preferably elementary.
• Experience supporting speech-language goals under supervision of an SLP.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct speech-language support to students per IEPs under supervising SLP.
• Assist with material prep and adaptation for therapy.
• Document student progress and maintain service records.
• Participate as a team member to support a positive student-centered environment.
• Communicate effectively with staff and contribute to IEP discussions as needed.
