Job summary

Soliant in Texas is seeking a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for a full-time contract serving two elementary schools in the New Braunfels area. You'll work with onsite supervising SLPs to deliver services to approximately 34 students at Voss Farms Elementary and 38 at Lamar Elementary.

Responsibilities include following IEPs and treatment plans, documenting progress in SLP Toolkit, tracking SHARS data, and ensuring timely entry of minutes on the district platform, while collaborating

Qualifications

• Valid Texas SLPA licensure is required.
• Experience in school settings is preferred.
• Ability to document progress and service minutes accurately.

Responsibilities

• Deliver speech and language services to a caseload of elementary students.
• Follow treatment plans, IEPs, and directives supervised by campus SLPs.
• Accurately document progress, session notes, and SHARS entries using SLP Toolkit.
• Ensure timely entry of IEP minutes on the district's tracking platform.
• Collaborate with educational teams to support student outcomes.
• Work within elementary school hours (7:30am-4:00pm).
