The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, CCC-SLP, and an active Texas license. Proficiency with clinical documentation systems, HIPAA compliance, and strong communication are essential in our patient-centered,

Qualifications

• CCC-SLP certification and active Texas license required.
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Proficient with clinical documentation systems and HIPAA compliance.
• Experience handling confidential patient information with discretion.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain treatment plans clearly.
• Ability to perform duties primarily in a standing position.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct speech therapy services to patients per orders and care plans.
• Design and implement engaging, evidence-based exercises for goals.
• Provide counseling and support to patients and families throughout treatment.
• Establish goals and track progress, noting improvements and challenges.
• Ensure proper setup, use, and sterilization of therapy equipment.
• Review patient records prior to sessions to tailor treatment.
• Participate in continuing education to maintain licensure.
