Qualifications

• CCC-SLP certification and Texas license required.
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Proficient with clinical documentation systems and HIPAA rules.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct speech therapy services per orders and Plan of Care.
• Design evidence-based exercises tailored to patient goals.
• Provide counseling and support to patients and families.
• Set measurable goals and track progress.
• Ensure setup, sterilization, and safety of therapy equipment.
• Review records to tailor treatment approach.
• Engage in continuing education to maintain licensure.
