Qualifications

• CCC-SLP and Texas licensure
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Proficient with clinical documentation systems and HIPAA compliance
• Ability to perform duties primarily in a standing position
• Strong communication and documentation accuracy

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct speech therapy services per orders and Plan of Care
• Design and implement evidence-based, individualized therapy activities
• Provide counseling and family support throughout treatment
• Set measurable goals and track patient progress
• Ensure safe setup, use, and sterilization of therapy equipment
• Review records to tailor personalized treatment
• Participate in continuing education to maintain licensure
