Job summary

PARS Therapy in Katy, TX is seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our onsite team. You will deliver direct speech therapy, create engaging, evidence-based activities, and support patients and families throughout treatment.

Ideal candidates hold a CCC-SLP with an active TX license, a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, and experience with clinical documentation systems and HIPAA compliance. This is a full-time, team-oriented role in a patient-centered care model.

Qualifications

• CCC-SLP certification required and active Texas licensure.
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Proficient with clinical documentation systems and patient records.
• HIPAA regulations compliance and patient privacy experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct speech therapy services to patients in accordance with physician orders and Plan of Care.
• Design and implement engaging, evidence-based exercises and activities tailored to each patient’s goals.
• Provide counseling, education, and support to patients and families.
• Establish measurable goals and track patient progress.
• Ensure proper setup, use, and sterilization of speech therapy equipment.
• Review patient records prior to sessions to develop a personalized treatment approach.
• Participate in continuing education to maintain licensure and stay current with advancements in speech-language pathology.
