PARS Therapy is seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join the San Marcos team. Deliver direct therapy, design engaging activities, and support patients and families.

You’ll establish goals, monitor progress, and ensure safe equipment use in a patient-centered, interdisciplinary setting. Qualifications

• CCC-SLP and active Texas license required.
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Proficient with clinical documentation systems and related software.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy.
• Experience handling confidential patient information with discretion.
• Ability to perform duties in a standing position.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct speech therapy services per physician orders and Plan of Care.
• Design and implement engaging, evidence-based exercises for each patient.
• Provide counseling, education, and support to patients and families.
• Establish measurable goals and track patient progress.
• Ensure proper setup and sterilization of therapy equipment.
• Review patient records to develop personalized treatment approaches.
• Participate in continuing education to maintain licensure.
