Job summary

Soliant is seeking two full-time Speech-Language Pathologists to provide onsite therapy in a school setting for Kindergarten through third grade, with caseloads of 30–35 students. These are in-person roles at elementary schools in Illinois, replacing prior remote positions.

Hours run 8:00 AM–3:30 PM, Monday to Friday, offering a predictable school calendar and opportunities to see students thrive. Compensation ranges from $41.40 to $61.40 per hour, with healthcare benefits, housing, and

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) is required.
• Eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Illinois is required.
• School-based or pediatric experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills are essential.
• Compassion and enthusiasm for working with young children.
• This opportunity is for licensed SLPs only; SLPAs are not considered at this time.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy to K-3 students onsite.
• Evaluate and assess students’ communication needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and educational teams to support student growth.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with school and state requirements.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights to student support teams.
