Job summary

Kilian Manufacturing, a Regal Rexnord brand, is hiring a Shipping Coordinator for the first shift in Syracuse, NY. This onsite role coordinates inbound and outbound shipments, maintains records, and works with carriers to ensure on-time delivery and accurate documentation.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in shipping/logistics, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with SAP and carrier software. Safety and teamwork are emphasized in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Two years shipping/logistics/warehouse coordination experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve shipping issues.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Experience with UPS/FedEx or similar shipping software preferred.
• SAP system experience preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound shipments to support accurate and timely delivery.
• Prepare, review, and maintain shipping records and required documentation.
• Schedule and communicate with carriers regarding pickups, deliveries, and shipment status.
• Work with internal teams, suppliers, and carriers to resolve shipping or receiving issues.
• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy, quality, and compliance.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock levels, and assist with cycle counts.
• Use shipping systems and carrier software, including UPS and FedEx applications.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized shipping and receiving area.
• Follow established safety procedures and applicable shipping requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve shipping processes, efficiency, and accuracy.
