Job summary

Regal Rexnord in Indiana is hiring a Shipping & Receiving Associate to process orders for shipment and manage incoming/outgoing materials. You will verify orders, count and store materials, and maintain Kanban records. Certification in forklifts, tuggers, and related equipment is required within two weeks of hire.

The role is fully onsite in a manufacturing environment, with emphasis on accuracy, safety, and efficient material flow across the plant.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate industrial trucks and pallet jacks safely.
• Ability to count, verify, and record incoming/outgoing materials.
• Willingness to train others in warehouse processes.

Responsibilities

• Operates industrial truck (sit/stand), hoists, tuggers and pallet jacks to move materials.
• Receives and verifies quantities; stores materials in designated areas.
• Loads/unloads materials; maintains clean work area and inventory records.
• Keeps production floor organized and adheres to safety protocols.
• Review orders for accuracy and ensure proper shipment/receiving.
