Kilian Manufacturing, a Regal Rexnord company, is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate – Stockroom & Receiving to support Syracuse, NY operations. You will manage receiving, storage, and movement of materials, while ensuring inventory accuracy and timely support for production schedules.

Experience in inventory control, material handling, and ERP systems is important. This role offers on-site work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, stockroom, receiving, or material handling experience.
• Ability to safely lift up to 60 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Good math skills and basic counting.
• Basic computer skills and data entry experience.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift.

Responsabilités

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and components.
• Move materials throughout the facility using forklifts, pallet jacks, carts, and other material handling equipment.
• Accurately perform inventory transactions in SAP and other computer systems.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through proper stockroom practices.
• Pull and deliver materials to support production schedules.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits.
• Maintain written and electronic records of material movement.
• Assist shipping, receiving, assembly, and other departments as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
