Qualifications

• Prior experience as an Access Control Officer or in a supervisory role.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage conflict in high-pressure environments.
• Flexible to work nights and weekends as required.
• Reliable, professional with customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise ACOs on a shift or project.
• Act as onsite leader when Site Logistics Leader is unavailable.
• Coordinate with Site Logistics Leader for updates and performance concerns.
• Verify attendance and coaching of shift personnel; address performance concerns.
• Maintain accurate shift records and ensure equipment functioning; support scheduling.
