Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Fabricator for our Oshkosh, WI facility. This onsite role involves operating saws, presses, routers, and related metalworking equipment with a focus on safety and quality. You will read blueprints, measure parts, set up machines, and perform inspections.

The position requires basic math, PC literacy, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Strong communication and teamwork are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read safety rules, manuals, and procedures.
• Ability to write routine reports and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Maintain equipment and change punch and die as needed.
• Operate hand, bench, and light machine tools for finishing parts.
• Read blueprints and transfer dimensions to work pieces.
• Utilize cranes and forklifts for material handling and inspection.
• Set up and operate sheet metal processing equipment to cut, bend, punch, burn, and slot.
