Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Press Brake Operator to operate and maintain the press brake and perform various fabrication projects. You will read blueprints, interpret work orders and BOMs, and ensure accurate bends and tolerances.

Responsibilities include deburring, filing, grinding, polishing, and coordinating with production control. Safety and paperwork quality are essential in this role at our Oshkosh facility.

Qualifications

• Produces parts by programming, setting up, and operating a CNC.
• Proficient in all press brake machines on site.
• Document tooling and safe practices for Press Brake operations.
• Ability to calculate blank sizes, bend locations, appropriate tonnage and tooling for each part.
• Detects equipment malfunctions or out of tolerance machining and adjusts machine within capabilities.
• Reads and interprets blueprints and bills of material.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the Press Brake and perform various fabrication projects as required.
• Competently use hand, bench and light machine operations for deburring, filing, grinding and polishing.
• Interpret work orders, blueprints and BOMs and complete paperwork.
• Configure bend allowances for sheet metal (stainless, aluminum, and regular steel).
• Operate small forklift, pallet jacks to move materials over 50 pounds.
• Perform cycle counts as prescribed by Production and Inventory Control.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety procedures.
