Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a General Fabricator #1 to support a range of sheet metal fabrication tasks using saws, presses, routers, and measuring tools. You will read blueprints, set up equipment, perform cutting and bending, and help with material handling.

Join a busy manufacturing team where accuracy, attention to detail, and adherence to safety standards are essential. Experience with basic hand tools and measurement devices is valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 0–3 months related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence; speak before groups.
• Ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up presses and sheet metal equipment per quality standards.
• Tolerate accurate measurement transfer from blueprints to parts using gauges.
• Perform cutting, bending, and slotting; ensure proper alignment and material handling.
• Maintain equipment and perform cycle counts as required by production control.
• Interpret work orders and BOMs; assist with material inspection and packing lists.
