Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT or related field.
• 3+ years supporting SharePoint and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Hands-on SharePoint Online: sites, lists, libraries, permissions.
• Experience providing end-user support for SharePoint/M365.
• Knowledge management and business process improvement concepts.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain SharePoint Online sites, portals, document libraries, lists, permissions, navigation, metadata, and enterprise content.
• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 user support for SharePoint and Microsoft 365, including troubleshooting access, permissions, site functionality, lists, libraries, and other user issues.
• Assist with modernizing legacy SharePoint workflows, SharePoint Designer forms, and other outdated business processes by rebuilding or recreating solutions using Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps, and related tools.
• Train and assist users with creating and managing SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, pages, and other collaboration resources.
• Support knowledge management and collaboration initiatives that improve information sharing, content organization, and organizational effectiveness.
• Work directly with government stakeholders and end users to understand business requirements and recommend practical Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve existing business processes through Microsoft 365 automation and collaboration capabilities.
• Develop user documentation, procedures, and training materials and provide end‑user training as needed.
• Monitor SharePoint sites, content quality, permissions, and usage and recommend improvements.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 and SharePoint issues and coordinate resolution of more complex technical problems.
• Stay current with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Power Platform capabilities and recommend enhancements that improve the user experience and business processes.
• Use Power BI and other Microsoft 365 capabilities to support reporting, dashboards, and visualization of organizational information.
• Support the development and enhancement of Power Apps and other Microsoft 365 solutions as appropriate.
• Must have high-level written and verbal communication skills
