Job summary

Design Interactive, Inc. seeks a Knowledge Management Systems Specialist to support the SOCOM EKM proposal effort. The role focuses on Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Power Platform administration, including configuration of sites, permission groups, metadata, and migrations.

The candidate will independently perform support tasks, lead junior staff, and ensure changes follow approved processes. Employment is contingent on contract award and program requirements. Based in the Tampa area.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint administration.
• Power Platform administration and native configuration experience.
• Knowledge of permissions, metadata, taxonomy, and information architecture.
• Troubleshooting configuration issues and migrations.
• Minimum 3 years in the field; bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Configure and sustain sites, libraries, lists, permission groups, workflows.
• Implement content models and information architecture.
• Provision workspaces and validate access.
• Administer settings, roles, and entitlements; apply updates.
• Diagnose issues and implement corrections.
• Lead junior or apprentice-level staff on assigned tasks.
• Configure search, taxonomy, and metadata.
• Execute content migrations and site consolidations.
• Perform tasks independently and manage support tasks.
