The Amatriot Group is seeking a ServiceNow Systems Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of the ServiceNow platform in a DoD environment. The role emphasizes alignment with business objectives, security, and performance across ITOM, ITAM, and SPM domains.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, including 3+ years in an architect/lead role, with strong JavaScript, Glide API, and security expertise.

Qualifications

• 6+ years hands-on ServiceNow experience with 3+ years in architect/lead role.
• Deep ITOM, ITAM, and SPM implementation experience.
• Strong knowledge of security, ACLs, and certificate management.
• Experience delivering scalable, upgrade-safe solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and optimization of the ServiceNow platform.
• Maintain architecture aligned with business needs and best practices.
• Ensure system stability, security, and performance across modules.
• Design workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies.
• Lead integrations using REST, SOAP, LDAP, SSO and related protocols.
• Configure ITOM/ITAM, discovery, service mapping, asset management, events.
• Support Demand, Project, Portfolio, and Resource Management with Agile focus.
• Create and maintain technical docs, diagrams, and governance standards.
