Job summary

TIAG is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to lead platform management, design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade solutions at the ONR in Arlington, VA. This is a 100% onsite role requiring a Secret clearance and US citizenship.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and hands-on ServiceNow experience with ITSM modules (Incident, Change, Asset), automated workflows, dashboards, and API integrations across enterprise systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
5+ years of experience configuring ServiceNow modules (Incident, Change, Asset).
Experience developing automated workflows, dashboards, and API integrations.
Ability to integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems.
Knowledge of ServiceNow admin concepts (roles, permissions, access).
Experience providing operational sustainment and user support.

Responsibilities

Platform Management: Oversees configuration and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform.
User Administration: Manages user accounts, roles, and permissions.
Workflow Automation: Designs and implements automated workflows.
Application Customization: Builds and customizes applications within ServiceNow.
User Support: Provides end-user support and troubleshooting.
