Qualifications

• Level 3 requires 5+ years of relevant experience or 3+ with a Master’s degree; Level 4 requires 9+ years or 7+ with a Master’s.
• 5+ years ServiceNow (preferred) or related platforms; 2+ years JavaScript development.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions aligned with ITIL and business needs.
• Develop and customize modules, workflows, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform.
• Translate requirements into scalable configurations and automations.
• Build and maintain scripts, policies, rules, and automation workflows.
• Collaborate with product owners and cross-functional teams to enhance capabilities.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, and deploy fixes.
