Job summary

Kyndryl is seeking an Onsite ServiceNow Architect in Columbus, OH to lead enterprise-wide ServiceNow solutions for a government client. This role blends architecture with hands-on development, focusing on CSDM alignment, secure coding, and integrations, while working onsite five days a week.

The successful candidate will define platform standards, guide governance, and partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into high-level designs and technical specifications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years IT experience with deep ServiceNow architecture.
• Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and ServiceNow development tools.
• Experience in FedRAMP or regulated government cloud environments.
• CMDB and ITOM understanding (Discovery, Service Mapping).
• US Citizenship or Green Card holder; onsite in Columbus, OH.

Responsibilities

• Define the technical architecture for the ServiceNow platform, aligned with CSDM and best practices.
• Design and develop custom scoped applications, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, and Client Scripts.
• Implement and maintain security protocols to meet FedRAMP requirements.
• Lead integrations with third-party systems using IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, MID Servers, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Establish development standards and conduct code reviews for platform health and upgrades.
• Collaborate with the Engagement Lead and stakeholders to translate requirements into design documents.
