Job summary

CompNova is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Administrator to join our client team in Omaha, NE on a full-time on-site contract. You will own platform administration, incident/change management configuration, workflow development, and integrations across enterprise engagements.

You will implement ITSM modules, customize workflows, and ensure data integrity while coordinating with IT and business stakeholders. The role requires on-site presence in Omaha and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in ServiceNow platform administration and configuration.
• Strong ITSM module expertise (Incident, Problem, Change, Request).
• Experience with Change Management and CI/CD workflows.
• Experience building workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with external applications via REST/SOAP.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the enterprise ServiceNow platform, including users, roles, groups, and access control lists (ACLs).
• Configure, customize, and manage core ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
• Develop, test, and maintain custom workflows, business rules, client scripts, script includes, and UI policies.
• Monitor platform performance, analyze system logs, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure rigorous data integrity.
• Integrate ServiceNow seamlessly with external enterprise applications, monitoring tools, and CI/CD deployment pipelines.
• Collaborate proactively with business stakeholders and IT leaders to improve service processes and implement platform upgrades.
• Support change management governance, release deployments, and update set migrations across test and production environments.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation of platform configurations, custom scripts, and administrative procedures.
