The role requires independent work at sites, strong time management, and a focus on safety. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required, with standard daytime hours Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• Electro-mechanical troubleshooting or repair experience.
• Experience using a multimeter to troubleshoot electrical circuits.
• Ability to read electrical schematics.
• Strong time management and reliability.
• Valid driver\'s license with clean driving history.
• Ability to work independently and meet service deadlines.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain assigned equipment.
• Respond to service calls and resolve issues within required service levels.
• Use electrical and mechanical knowledge to diagnose equipment problems.
• Maintain equipment and supply inventories.
• Keep customers informed about equipment status and availability.
• Provide excellent customer service and serve as the primary onsite contact.
• Complete service calls independently and accurately.
