Responsibilities

Be the on-site representative for the customer, ensuring top-tier service.
Lead troubleshooting, diagnostics, maintenance, and repair for medium voltage drives and motors.
Monitor system performance and identify reliability improvements.
Coordinate preventive maintenance, outages, and service activities with customer and teams.
Provide guidance on spare parts, upgrades, and long-term maintenance strategies.
Supervise service requests and ensure safe, efficient work.
Prepare detailed service reports and maintain clear stakeholder communication.
Mentor customer maintenance personnel on equipment operation and best practices.
