Job summary

ABB is seeking a Resident Service Site Manager to oversee ABB MV drives and motors at an LNG facility in Portland, Texas. You will coordinate maintenance, lead troubleshooting, and ensure high system reliability while managing customer relationships on site.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering and at least 5 years of relevant experience, with a focus on safety, planning, and effective communication across teams and leadership levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical or technical engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant field-service experience.
• Ability to communicate with all organizational levels and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of ABB MV drives and motors performance and reliability.
• Lead maintenance and troubleshooting of ABB equipment; diagnose complex issues.
• Plan maintenance strategies including outages and long-term reliability.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, and leadership; provide clear service reports.
