Schedule: 7 Days On / 7 Days Off | 12-Hour Shifts

Our client, a global leader in industrial automation and electrical systems, is seeking a Resident Service Site Manager to support operations at a major LNG facility in Corpus Christi, TX. LNG experience is not required; candidates with strong industrial electrical, drives, motors, and field service experience are encouraged to apply. This is a highly visible, customer-facing leadership role responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and long-term operation of medium voltage drive systems and related equipment.

As the on-site technical representative, you will serve as the primary liaison between the customer and our client, overseeing service activities, coordinating maintenance efforts, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and driving system reliability. This position combines technical expertise with customer relationship management and operational leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the on-site representative and primary point of contact for the customer, ensuring exceptional service and support.
• Lead troubleshooting, diagnostics, maintenance, and repair activities for medium voltage drives, motors, and associated equipment.
• Monitor system performance and identify opportunities to improve reliability, efficiency, and overall equipment performance.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance programs, outage planning, and scheduled service activities with the customer and internal support teams.
• Provide technical guidance and recommendations regarding spare parts, equipment upgrades, and long-term maintenance strategies.
• Supervise and coordinate service requests while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with operational requirements.
• Prepare detailed service reports and maintain clear communication with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Build strong customer relationships by serving as a trusted technical advisor and mentoring customer maintenance personnel on equipment operation and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or another technical discipline.
• Minimum of five years of experience supporting industrial electrical or automation equipment.
• Valid driver's license and authorization to work in the United States.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with field personnel, operations teams, and executive leadership.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience managing service operations or serving as a site manager.
• Hands-on experience with medium voltage drives, variable frequency drives (VFDs), or power electronics.
• Working knowledge of industrial motors, transformers, switchgear, and industrial communication networks.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, technical drawings, and engineering documentation.

This position is based full-time at an LNG facility and requires hands-on work in an industrial environment. Responsibilities may include working around energized electrical equipment, climbing ladders or elevated structures, and performing work outdoors in varying weather conditions. A strong commitment to safety is essential.

• Full-time onsite position
• Candidates must either reside within approximately 30 minutes of the facility or be willing to relocate.
• Rotating schedule consisting of seven consecutive 12-hour shifts followed by seven days off.
