Job summary

Grainger is hiring a full-time On-Site Service Specialist in the greater Columbus, OH area. The OSS will support KeepStock inventory management and provide exceptional customer service at client locations.

Responsibilities include machine break/fix work, data collection, inventory staging, and assisting with installation projects. Candidates should have 3 years of service/warehouse experience, a high school diploma, and a valid driver’s license; lifting 25–60 lbs is required.

Qualifications

3 years' experience in customer service or warehouse environment.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Technical skills and experience solving problems.

Responsibilities

Perform machine break/fix activities for different machines at the customer's site.
Implement territory work relating to customer inventory projects.
Perform data collection at the customer's site and ensure accurate information for KeepStock implementation.
Assist customers with staging, labeling and organizing product at a customer site.
Cover PTO and route-based responsibilities when needed.
Complete product relocation and discontinuation process.
