W.W. Grainger, Inc. in the greater Columbus area is hiring a full-time On-Site Service Specialist to support KeepStock inventory projects and assist in pre-implementation and implementation for new installations.

The role requires 3 years in customer service or warehouse environments, a high school diploma, and the ability to lift 25–60 lbs. A valid driver’s license and insurance are required. Onsite work across the Columbus region is expected.

Qualifications

• 3 years' experience in customer service or warehouse environment.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Technical skills and experience solving problems.
• Ability to lift 25 to 60 lbs or work in difficult positions.
• Have and maintain a valid driver's license in State of residence.
• Must carry required levels of automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Perform machine break/ fix activities for different machines at the customer's site.
• Implement territory work relating to customer inventory projects.
• Perform data collection at the customer's site. Ensure accurate information is collected to help direct the KeepStock implementation process.
• Assist customers with staging, labeling and organizing product at a customer site.
• Will cover PTO and will have route based responsibilities and activities when needed.
• Complete product relocation and discontinuation process

Compensation:

This position is hourly. The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $21.54 and $32.36

We're hiring a full-time On-Site Service Specialist in the greater Columbus, OH area (Cleveland to Dayton). The Onsite Services Specialist (OSS) reports to a Supervisor or Manager of Onsite Services and assists the local KeepStock team in driving inventory management (KeepStock) execution and customer service excellence by assisting in the pre-implementation and implementation process for new KeepStock installations. Will assist with customer training and activities related to customer inventory management. The OSS needs to be open to working in different customer types and environments.

You Will:

• Perform machine break/ fix activities for different machines at the customer's site.
