Job summary

Insight Global is currently looking for an Onsite Service Engineer to work onsite at a leading semiconductor client site in Richardson, TX. The onsite FSE provides product support and technical know‑how to customers at the site, performing diagnoses, fault remedies, preventative maintenance and installations in the subfab.

Qualified candidates will have 2 years of hands‑on maintenance or mechanical aptitude, experience as a technician in relevant industries, and are willing to work night shifts

Qualifications

• 2 years of hands-on maintenance experience or mechanical aptitude.
• Experience as a technician in semiconductor, military, automotive, HVAC, etc.
• HS Diploma.
• Willing to work night shift and compressed schedule (12-hour shifts, 3 days/4 days).
• Experience in the sub fab.
• Experience with vacuum or abatement tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide product support and technical know-how to customers at the assigned site.
• Diagnose and remedy faults, perform preventative maintenance, and install products in the subfab.
