Job summary

Insight Global is seeking Field Service Engineers in the United States to support leading equipment manufacturers within the semiconductor industry. You will be responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex semiconductor manufacturing equipment, working primarily in cleanroom environments. The role may require up to 90% travel to various locations, including Arizona, Oregon, and Texas. Applicants should have at least 2 years of experience in maintenance and a strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience with maintenance, troubleshooting, or repairing equipment.
• Strong knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical systems.
• Ability to work overtime and travel to other sites as needed.

Job description

Duration: 2 year contract

Pay Rate: $28 an hour (All Travel/Logging paid for + $440 a week in per diem)

Insight Global is looking for Field Service Engineers to support leading equipment manufacturers within the semiconductor industry. These individuals will be a part of a team responsible for installation and qualification of this equipment. As a Field Service Engineer, you'll work in a cleanroom environment performing on-site installation, troubleshooting, service, and repair of semiconductor manufacturing equipment. Being detail oriented is a must for this team as these toolsets are complex and need to be carefully built in order to ensure they function properly when power gets turned on for the tool. Although not immediate this role can have up to 90% travel and the individual selected to join the team must be flexible to meet any travel request in order to support the install schedule.
