AIS Commercial Parts & Service, part of the Tech24 family, is seeking an organized Dispatcher to coordinate service calls and technician schedules from our Coraopolis, PA office. This on-site role requires strong communication and multitasking as you manage daily workloads and customer updates.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years dispatching/scheduling experience.
• Experience in HVAC/refrigeration or related service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch service calls and assign work orders to technicians.
• Coordinate daily technician schedules, routes and workloads.
• Communicate appointment details and service updates to customers.
• Prioritize emergency service requests and adjust schedules.
• Maintain accurate records in dispatch systems.
