Job summary

Right! Systems, Inc. in Lacey, WA is seeking a Service Desk Technician to join our Managed Services Team. This full-time, entry-level role supports dozens of customers by troubleshooting desktops, software, peripherals, and Microsoft 365 environments; ensuring best practices are followed.

You will work in-office from 8am to 5pm with on-call rotations for after-hours and weekend coverage, reporting to the Service Desk Manager. Local candidates authorized to work in the United States are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Technical schooling in technology preferred.
• Basic understanding of business network components.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user support for desktops, software, and peripherals.
• Escalate and follow up on issues.
• Configure Microsoft 365 and virtualization tools.
• Document issues and Run Books; maintain client documentation.
