Job summary

CCS Medical, Inc. in Clearwater, FL is seeking an in-person Service Desk technician to support hardware lifecycle management and system access provisioning. You will handle imaging, onboarding, device provisioning, and ticket logging with confidentiality.

The role requires strong English communication, attention to detail, and a commitment to patient-centered service. Occasional travel to St. Petersburg HQ may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; familiarity with office hardware and software.
• Strong multitasking skills with excellent judgment and attention to detail.
• Fluent in English; other languages a plus.
• CompTIA A+ certification is a plus but not required; Jira knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Performs daily duties onsite in Clearwater, FL to manage hardware and system access workflows.
• Images new computers and reimages repurposed computers; sets up new employee profiles.
• Provisions mobile devices in Apple Business Manager and Intune; ships equipment as needed.
• Packages and ships computers to remote employees; creates and terminates user accounts.
• Maintains hardware inventory and an orderly workspace; handles occasional phone queue work.
• Documents tickets thoroughly in the ticketing system; maintains confidentiality.
