Responsabilités

• Respond to basic customer problems and requests.
• Serve as entry point for customers, document incidents, notify proper desk.
• Escalate as necessary and track follow-up on incidents.
• Demonstrate technical troubleshooting with strong customer service.
• Resolve system issues with diagnostic tools and internal systems.
• Resolve incident tickets.
