Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer projects, assessments, installations, implementations, and ongoing service delivery activities.
• Support healthcare customers across the New Jersey territory.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure service commitments are delivered within cost targets.
• Partner with internal Xerox teams and customer stakeholders to drive successful delivery outcomes.
• Support ongoing inventory and operational requirements tied to service delivery.
